Location: Between the small Eifel towns of Mayen, Adenau and Daun and not far from the Nürburgring 21 double rooms in different categories, 2 single rooms and a holiday apartment for 2-4 people with a wonderful view of the countryside.

Your vacation home is open for you and has been renovated with our future guests in mind. In the middle of the village, in a quiet location, stands our detached house, in which the apartment is located on the 1st floor. It offers you a quiet and cozy atmosphere to relax and unwind. Two parking spaces are available for your vehicles. The garage can also be used to store bicycles or several motorcycles. If necessary, you can buy groceries and other household items in a small discount store in Kottenheim. In a neighboring town, a large supermarket also sells many items for people with gluten and/or lactose intolerance. In a nearby town, there is also a hospital for emergencies, as well as practicing doctors from various specialties. We look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home Marika. Pets are not allowed in the apartment or on the property.

Welcome to our beautifully renovated holiday home in the picturesque Monreal! Monreal is a small, idyllic village in the Eifel region, close to Mosel and Rhein rivers with their gorgeous sceneries. In 2004, Monreal was voted the most beautiful village in Germany and you will be truly enchanted during your visit by the beauty of that small village.  The house is located in the historic centre of Monreal and you can enjoy our old castle view from all of the comfortable rooms we offer. We preserved the old substance of the house for you to enjoy the atmosphere of the old townhouse and travel back in time with its historic decoration and wall details. Your holiday in Astorius house will combine history with modernity in its quirky and full of character design and exposed stones. The house offers three separate apartments to allow you for your intimacy but you can also share your time with other house mates should you be part of a group.  The house history was also marked in a book by Friedrich Hermes:"Monreal, Grabenstraße 9. The history of a house and its inhabitants":  ... Where now runs the grave street in the medieval town Monreal was the moat that protected the city on the west side from unwanted intruders. After the destruction of Monreal castles by the troops of the French King Louis XIV in 1689, gardens were created in the filled ditch. The house is partly still using the rubble of the former medieval town walls… The house has three separate units, each heated by a floor heating.Furthermore, each apartment is equipped with central vacuum, flat screen TV and Wi-Fi.All apartments are provided on arrival with fresh linen, towels and dishtowels.The holiday home is an animal- and smoke-free house.

The historic building from 1800 is located in the middle of the centre of the beautiful village of Monreal in the Eifel. The roof terrace with a unique view of the two Monreal castles is a real highlight. The house with 68 sqm of living space offers space for up to 5 people, spread over 3 floors.

Our holiday home is located in the middle of the Eifel village of Bermel, which was built on a volcanic slope and where the Romans left their traces. Bermel is idyllically nestled between woods and meadows, an ideal starting point to explore the Eifel on foot, by bike, motorbike or by car. Numerous leisure activities make our area a wonderful holiday region at any time of the year. The house was renovated in 2021 with great attention to detail and impresses with the use of natural building materials.   The nearest town of Mayen, as well as the Nürburgring, can be reached by car in 15 minutes. The maars of the Volcanic Eifel are in the immediate vicinity and offer perfect cooling on hot summer days. The "Hochbermeler" dream trail starts right on the doorstep and other dream trails in the surrounding area are within easy reach.

The newly renovated vacation home offers you and your loved ones 120 square meters of living space. It features 2 bedrooms—the first is located on the ground floor, and the second is a highlight, situated in the lovingly designed “Genoveva’s Cave.” The spacious kitchen can accommodate up to 4 people for breakfast; and if you ever need more space, simply use the adjacent dining room. The light-filled living room invites you to relax. Not only because of the cozy, large couch, but especially because of the glass front that stretches the entire length of the wall. From the entryway, you can access the stylish bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a utility room with a washing machine, etc. Enjoy the benefits of a large garden with a sun terrace and fish pond, or relax in the covered lounge area. At the Zum Hochstein vacation home, you’ll find the perfect place to unwind, no matter the weather.

The “Hochbermel” Dream Trail begins right outside the front door, and other Dream Trails in the area are within easy reach. Hiking guides detailing additional nearby hiking routes are available at the property.

Our 4-star vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people and is located right next to the historic town center of Monreal. It’s the ideal base for exploring the town, going on hikes, and taking day trips in the surrounding area. Our house is situated on a 1,300-square-meter lot with a large lawn for sunbathing and playing, right on the idyllic Elzbach stream. The vacation rental is located on the ground floor of the two-family home at “Elzer Weg 3” and was completely renovated and furnished in 2012. P.S.
