The content of our website has been compiled with the utmost care. However, the Vordereifel Tourist Office cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. Verbandsgemeinde Vordereifel does not participate in any voluntary dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

In the event that claims of any kind arising from matters of copyright, competition law, or trademark law are asserted, we ask that you contact us immediately to avoid unnecessary legal disputes, cease-and-desist notices, and costs. If claims of the types mentioned above are asserted, we hereby agree to take remedial action prior to a final, legally binding resolution, thereby bindingly precluding any risk of recurrence. Any invoice for legal fees resulting from a cease-and-desist letter sent by an attorney without prior contact would then be rejected on the grounds of failure to comply with the duty to mitigate damages. In the event of cease-and-desist letters and follow-up measures that are unnecessary or unjustified in this regard, we would respond with an action for a declaratory judgment.
