The BLUE ROUND of the 7-village trail is one of the two possible shortcuts of the main trail, meaning that the trail does not lead through 7 villages like the main route, but through 4 villages: Wanderath, Oberwelschenbach, Büchel and Freilingen.

The GRÜNE RUNDE 7-Dörfer-Weg is a shortcut of the 7-Dörfer-Weg and connects 5 of the 7 districts of Baar: Freilingen, Mittelbaar, Niederbaar, Oberbaar and Wanderath.

This circular hiking trail connects the seven districts of the municipality of Baar, not far from the Hohe Acht: Büchel, Engeln, Freilingen, Mittelbaar, Niederbaar, Oberbaar and Wanderath.

The "Alte 5er" offers plenty of variety and combines unique scenic highlights of the Vordereifel such as the Heidbüchel heathland, the Menkepark in the juniper heaths and the "Heidetümpel" biotope on the Kindgen.

The approximately 6-kilometre circular trail offers fantastic views of the volcanic Eastern Eifel, unique juniper heaths and idyllic forests.

This circular trail offers around 9 kilometers of unique heathland, idyllic mixed forests and babbling brooks. The Heidbüchel nature reserve offers fantastic views over the Eifel heights and between April and May, the gorse hedges bloom in bright yellow. The "Historic School Trail" is marked by the hiking logo of the local community of Arft with a blue dot.

Hiking in the footsteps of St. Jodokus: The Jodokus Trail starts and ends in Langenfeld at the neo-Gothic parish church "St. Quirinus", which is also popularly known as the "Eifel Cathedral" due to its importance as a pilgrimage church and its considerable size. On the route, which is around 11 kilometers long and marked with a "J", hikers reach the pilgrimage chapel of St. Jost along an old pilgrimage path.

The Karbach Valley Trail, which leads hikers along mostly well-surfaced or paved farm tracks through woodland and meadows, is marked with a "K". This circular hiking trail can be started in Monreal or Reudelsterz.

The approx. 4.5 km long circular tour leads past the Boos Eiffel Tower (currently closed) and the two Boos maars. Information boards along the way provide information about volcanism and the local flora and fauna.

The "Nachtsheimer Strühmannspettje" hiking trail is around 12 kilometers long and circles the local community of Nachtsheim, dotted with many historical and natural sights as well as fantastic views.
