This year, too, you can enjoy an idyllic Advent season in the picturesque half-timbered village of Monreal and atmospherically shorten the waiting time for Christmas Eve and the New Year.

Along the “Monreal Nativity Scene Trail” in the historic town center, visitors can marvel at over 150 Christmas nativity scenes—some of them quite unusual—that adorn either entire properties or individual windows, and are guaranteed to put everyone in the Christmas spirit.
The nativity scenes will be on display for all to admire from November 22, 2026, through Thursday, January 7, 2027.
