To kick off the culinary nature excursion, a hearty welcome snack awaits you at the "Landhaus Eifelschenke." Once you’ve refueled, you’ll set off with the "Wacholderwacht Osteifel" into the Wacholderheide Nature Reserve around Arft.

The origins and traditional farming practices, flora and fauna, as well as the scenic views of this cultural landscape—which are worth preserving—are the focus of this approximately 2-hour hike (6 km).
Afterward, an autumnal meal featuring fine, locally sourced ingredients awaits you at the “Landhaus Eifelschenke.”
