Discover the variety of summer berries in the Landfrauen cooking course. Under the guidance of Helga Wendel, you will create a modern menu, elegantly combined with fresh herbs and surprisingly hearty accents. You will also receive valuable tips on how to capture the full aroma of these little powerhouses and learn interesting facts about textures and product knowledge. Additionally, a herbal oxymel (sour honey) will be prepared for you to take home. Please bring a jar with a screw lid.
