Ho ho ho! St. Nicholas is coming to the Bendisberg mine and is looking forward to having breakfast with you!
On 6 and 7 December 2025, we cordially invite all children aged 3 and above, accompanied by an adult, to a special St. Nicholas experience.
What to expect:
From 10 a.m., there will be a cosy children's breakfast in the festively decorated miners' hut.
After breakfast, Santa Claus will take you and your companions into the mine! Experience an exciting guided tour of the Bendisberg mine.
Back in the miners' hut, the next highlight awaits: Santa Claus will unpack his gifts from his big sack!
And because St. Nicholas is known to see everything, he also has his Golden Book with him, which contains information about every child. To ensure that he is well prepared, we ask parents to provide brief written information about their child.

In addition, a small Christmas market featuring regional products will take place on the grounds of the visitor mine on this day. Part of the proceeds from the Christmas market will go to the Martinshilfe relief fund and the Kinderkrebshilfe children's cancer charity.
